Hello, I, Afrin age 31, am the owner of A1J1. I completed my studies in B.com. Cooking is my hobby and now I am making it my profession. I serve meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a hygienic kitchen. I prepare ingredients by following traditional as well as modern recipes. I am specialized in Indian cuisine as well as Asian and Continental cuisine . I personally ensure that slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping etc. are 100 % accurate. I use my experience and knowledge for grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients. I personally coordinate daily food supply inventory and submits order and personally supervise and maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas. It is not difficult now to make good food because we have sophisticated equipment and refined ingredients. Being innovative also helps you. It sets you apart from other chefs. But taste is king.
